Our Crop farm Managers oversee the day-to-day operations of the farm they are in charge of. They are responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating activities such as planting, harvesting, irrigation, pest control, and equipment maintenance. They also manage the farm budget, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Our Agronomist is an expert in soil management, crop production, and agricultural technology. He advises crop selection, planting techniques, fertilization, and pest control strategies to maximize yield and quality while minimizing environmental impact.

Our Livestock Managers oversee the care, feeding, breeding, and health of animals such as cattle, poultry, pigs, or goats. They ensure proper housing, nutrition, and veterinary care to optimize animal welfare and productivity.

Our Farm Hands/Field Workers perform manual tasks such as planting, weeding, watering, harvesting, and packaging crops. They may also assist with animal care, fence repair, and maintenance of farm buildings and equipment.

Our Farm Supervisors coordinate, allocate, and oversee the work of farm machinery operators, livestock, and harvesting workers. They implement measures to preserve crops and animals’ health and well-being and manage the breeding and growth processes. Additionally, they create work schedules, set procedures, and ensure all safety protocols are followed. They also keep manufacturing records and quality control documentation and carry out general farm tasks as required.

Our Mechanics and Equipment operators are responsible for maintaining, repairing, and operating equipment to ensure efficient and safe function. Our Farms rely heavily on tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems.

Our Accountant and Bookkeepers manage the farm’s finances, including budgeting, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, tax compliance, and financial reporting. They help track expenses, monitor profitability, and ensure economic stability.

Our Sales and Marketing Manager develops marketing strategies to promote farm products, identify sales opportunities, negotiate contracts with buyers, and maintain customer relationships. 

Our Quality Control Inspector Ensures that farm products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements. She conducts inspections, tests, and audits to monitor product safety, consistency, and adherence to industry regulations.

Our Environmental Specialist focuses on sustainable farming practices -and environmental stewardship. He assesses the impact of farm activities on soil, water, and biodiversity and develops strategies to minimize pollution, conserve natural resources, and enhance ecosystem health.

Our Human Resources Manager recruits, trains, and manages farm personnel. He also handles employee relations, performance evaluations, benefits administration, and compliance with labour laws and workplace safety regulations.

Our Research and Development (R&D) Specialist: Works on innovation and improvement of farming techniques, crop varieties, and animal breeds. They conduct experiments, trials, and data analysis to identify best practices and adopt new technologies for increased productivity and profitability.
